The ecobee Smart Thermostat Premium features an air quality monitor that alerts you when your air is dry or has elevated levels of pollutants. It’ll also remind you to change your furnace’s air filter and alert you whenever your home reaches a dangerously low temperature. Bonus: There’s a built-in smoke alarm and alert system for possible break-ins (when your system is armed).
Like other smart thermostats, the ecobee auto-adjusts the temperature in your home to reduce hot and cold spots.
