TikTok is celebrating its livestreaming feature and the creators who use it, launching Creator Fest 2025 this month.

The in-app festival celebrates creators and the wider community who use TikTok Live to create creative content and engage with followers. Running until July 5, Community Fest will spotlight these creators as they interact with their audiences. According to TikTok, the event "gives creators a chance to grow their audiences, deepen real-time engagement, and celebrate the power of connection through TikTok Live."

During this celebration, creators will participate in missions, while viewers and audiences can send "gifts" to creators, who will receive double points. According to a video from TikTok Live, people who send gifts will also receive rewards.

The whole point is to increase engagement and deepen the connection between creators and their fans. Creators who win the most awards will climb rankings and "unlock special perks." Creators who rank the highest globally will be invited to the Global LIVE red carpet event later this year.

"Compete, collaborate, and celebrate your achievements together with awesome rewards," reads a caption on the TikTok Live account.

About 130 million creators around the world go live on TikTok every day, according to the app. This digital celebration will highlight many of them, including @chasingthemilk, an astrophotographer capturing the stars, @deliciousnessbakery, a baker who creates her treats in real-time, and @jourdanblue, a rising singer who recently received the accolade of the Golden Buzzer on America's Got Talent.
